Monkey, a 1 1/2-year-old Hollywood Heights Chihuahua sweet-talks her human momma Susan Starr, a teacher at Stonewall Jackson Elementary School in East Dallas. “She is the unofficial mascot of my third-grade class,” Starr says, adding that the kids would get a great kick out of seeing Monkey’s photo in a magazine.
