It’s that time again. Raise your glass to the East Dallas beer gods to receive Lakewood Brewing Company‘s French Quarter Temptress, a “Seduction Series” favorite, which will be on draft and in bottles for the first time ever later this month.
This brew, which was created with the help of Kevin and Marta Sprague at Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters in East Dallas, captures “the spirit and attitude of New Orleans,” Lakewood Brew Co. said in an email blast. It “possesses the boldness of barrel-aged coffee and chicory within the incredibly smooth 9.1 percent ABV Imperial Milk Stout.”
French Quarter Temptress is to be released on Sept. 14, on draft at bars and restaurants and in 22 ounce bottles at local retailers around the area. Most bars and restaurants that will carry the limited French Quarter Temptress already serve Lakewood’s popular regular Temptress.
