Reporter Sam Bohmfalk says, "At Henderson and Belmont, a power line and tree are down, and the whole intersection is being blocked off. There is a tree down on Skillman headed south around Belmont as well, taking up most if not all of those two south lanes. Also, anyone who tries to head down the Richmond-Gaston intersection is crazy."
Rachel Stone, who lives in Munger Place, says all of the streets in Old East Dallas are flooded.
