A new neighborhood library will open this weekend and here’s your chance to get a sneak peek while lending a much-needed hand. The Lochwood/ Dixon Branch Homeowners Association is calling for volunteers at the Lochwood Library today through Friday anytime between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for any amount of time to help get the library in shape for the big opening Saturday, Nov. 7 at 10 a.m.
