Now that Memorial Day is over, summer is officially here — even though it’s been overcast for the past couple of days and doesn’t feel like it. Hopefully the sun will once again decide to grace us with its presence, because the city pools are opening this Sunday.
In our hood, we’ve got Tietze pool at 6115 Llano, which is open Thursday through Monday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. There’s also Samual Grand at 3201 Samuel, which is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
