Are you dapper enough to call yourself a whiskey connoisseur? Well, on Monday, Jan. 17 you will finally be able to acquire such a title. The Idle Rich Pub on McKinney will host its Whiskey Tasting at 7 p.m. The $25 event is causal, self paced and will include a cheese plate to accompany the whiskey . The pub will provide a tasting guide, information packet, whiskey and cheese (of course), and it will also offer giveaways from the distilleries including: glassware, books, and T-shirts.
