The Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce has announced the presenters for its 20th Annual Economic Summit, taking place on Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m at the Lakewood Country Club.
The program will host a panel of presenters that will discuss “Winning Big: The Impact of Sports in Dallas.” The discussion will be analyzing the intersection of sports and business as well as its benefit to the local economy.
Executive Director of the Dallas Sports Commission Monica Paul and Founder of Fair Texas Title Britt Fair will be featured speakers.
Paul’s leadership experience includes overseeing the Dallas World Cup Bid Committee and serving on Local Organizing Committees for events such as the NBA All-Star in 2010, the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2014 and the College Football Playoff National Championship in 2015.
Fair is a third-generation leader in the title industry. Fair Texas Title has become a trusted name in the DFW real estate market under Fair’s leadership, maintaining a locally driven approach.
The Chamber’s annual Economic Report, which provides an economic development update for East Dallas Business members, will be distributed to attendees at the event.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. and the program will begin at 9 a.m. There will be a seated breakfast, speaker introductions and Q&A sessions. There will also be an opportunity to network with East Dallas professionals.
