A wrong-way crash left one person dead and two others injured Saturday night in the White Rock area, authorities said.
The wreck happened shortly after 11:30 p.m. on Garland Road.
Police said the driver of a southbound vehicle turned “when unsafe” across the center median and hit another vehicle in northbound traffic on Garland Road, Fox affiliate KDFW reported.
The driver of the wrong-way vehicle was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He has not yet been identified.
The driver in the other vehicle, a 34-year-old man, and a female passenger were also taken to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening, according to the station.
