Bolt, an IB student at Woodrow, is a member of White Rock Lake Rowing and qualified for nationals at the Central Youth Rowing Championships in Oklahoma City, he says.

Recent Woodrow graduate Eli Brown also finished in 14th and 16th places in the 2011 and 2012 national championships and later competed in the World Rowing Championships in Bulgaria. Heavily recruited by the Ivy League, he is attending Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island this fall.
