On Wednesday afternoon a woman was found unresponsive inside an Old East Dallas apartment.
At about 3:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call in the 1500 block of N. Haskell Avenue, near Bryan Street.
When officers arrived they found the woman, whose identity was not released, unresponsive inside an apartment. According to Dallas Fire-Rescue, the woman died at the scene.
Further investigation determined the woman died from homicidal violence and remains an ongoing investigation.
