Fortunately, this Saturday is For the Love of the Lake’s monthly Second Saturday Shoreline Spruce Up, so you can do your part to make the lake beautiful again. Meet at the For the Love of the Lake office at 1152 N. Buckner Blvd. #123 at 8 a.m. for snacks, and they will outfit you to pick up some trash.

The area between Dreyfus Point and the Bath House will be cleaned up this week, and For the Love of the Lake says to bring work gloves if you can move logs, as there is a lot of debris to be stacked, which the Dallas Park and Recreation Department has already begun.
