Those who regularly traverse the White Rock Creek Trail have noticed big changes at the corner of Northwest Highway and Lawther, alongside the White Rock DART station. It used to look more like this.
A connecticut-based developer, Richmond Ascension, has started construction on its first Dallas development, The Parc at White Rock , a 275 unit, 5-story $51 million development.
