Defend yourself

Participants will learn techniques to avoid dangerous situations, fend off potential assailants and general self-defense methods and mentalities at a free self-defense workshop. A simultaneous “stranger danger” workshop for kids will take place on the second floor of the gym. A Dallas Police Department representative will be present with safety tips and a Q&A.
