This week marks the beginning of the construction of new water and wastewater mains in Council District 2.
Starting today, Jan. 6, portions of Samuell Boulevard, from Dolphin Road to 3320 Samuell Boulevard, will be closed for construction. City of Dallas Water Utilities is asking neighbors to refrain from parking in the affected areas of the street during construction activities.
The project is estimated to be completed by summer of this year.
