District 9 (Paula Blackmon) will begin wastewater main construction this week.

Portions of Garland Road/St. Francis Avenue/San Fernando Way/San Rafael Drive, from St. Francis Avenue to San Rafael Drive will be closed for a short period of time as the construction of the new wastewater main will begin.

City Water Utilities is asking residents to avoid parking in the affected areas of the street during the construction activities.
