The documentary follows three decades of Les Amis Cafe, an eclectic sidewalk cafe in Austin, Texas, that is eventually replaced by a Starbucks. The manager of Les Amis, Newman Stribling, interviews former customers and staff and explores how his cafe, and other mom and pop shops across the nation can stay afloat as cities grow.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the event is B.Y.O.B. An a la carte dinner will be offered from 6-8:30 p.m and snacks will be offered during the film, which starts at 8 p.m.
