17-year-old Francisco Bautista turned himself in to the Dallas County Jail Tuesday, Aug. 13, after Dallas police issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this week.

Dallas police responded to a shooting in the 3500 block of Munger Avenue, around 11:50 a.m. on Aug. 5. Police found 38-year-old Raul Torres shot at the scene and taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to a news release from DPD earlier this week. 

Torres died on Sunday, Aug. 11. Bautista will be charged with murder, according to DPD.
