Lately it’s hard to miss all of the construction on Shadyside Lane by Lindsley Park in the Santa Monica/Hollywood Heights neighborhood. Construction workers are completing lot development for 59 single-family homes that will be built beginning this summer. We just learned that the new development will be called, “Kensington Garden.”
Prices for the new homes will start in the $500,000s and floor plans will be available by the end of August, according to developer, Megatel Homes.
