We reported Monday that a cab driver fatally shot a passenger who tried to rob him in East Dallas, but that was incorrect. The shooting actually occurred in southeast Dallas.
Police originally reported the address of the shooting as the 4200 block of Moser, an address that is a block off of nightlife hot-spot, North Henderson.
But today, the address was corrected — it happened in the 2200 block of Mouser.
Police did not arrest the taxi driver, who apparently acted in self defense, but a grand jury will hear the case to decide whether a criminal case is warranted.
