I drove by Two Rows in Old Town today and they are closed. The number to the restaurant is also disconnected. We used to eat there frequently years ago, but noticed a decline in the quality of food and service. I have not been back in there in well over a year.
However, Baskin Robbins, next to Fuddruckers is now open! They were able to get open very quickly…unlike our rumored Pacuigo.
