In light of St Patty’s Day, in this month’s magazine I told you about Trinity Hall, and a few other worthy pubs where you can be Irish for a day. If you’d like a little warm up before the holiday, Trinity Hall is hosting a guest appreciation party tomorrow night at 6—and there will be $3.50 Guinness, Harp and Smithwicks until 9. As always, there will also be live music, Irish of course. And just a side FYI that didn’t make it into the magazine: everything in this pub is legit Irish down to the décor. Owner and self-proclaimed “head bottle washer” Marius Donnelly tells me he had “everything but the floor” flown in from Ireland, much it from his homeland Dublin.
