Like many tenants, the manager of The Lot, Anthony “Quinn” Valdivia, lost all of his belongings in the blaze. Neighbor Jennifer Messitt Roberts created a GoFundMe for Valdivia. The goal is $10,000.

“He was home, walked outside and noticed smoke coming from the third floor of his apartment building. He quickly called to 911. I believe his timing and our first responders quick response prevented a loss of life,” she wrote on the page. “For all of you who have ever been at The Lot, please let us help him. He is devastated.  Show the love and let’s help him get back in his feet.”
