The 10,681-square-foot, water-front mansion at 4001 W. Lawther Drive boasts five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a game room, sauna and gym. It sits on 1.95 acres that also includes a pool, koi pond and four-car garage.

And it’s only $5.75 million.

Megachurch pastor, author and filmmaker Bishop T. D. Jakes lived at the home on Lawther Drive until 2005, when he moved to Fort Worth. Jakes created The Potter’s House Church, a nondenominational church with more than 30,000 members, according to the church’s website.

Jakes has also written close to 40 books during his career.

The home is listed for sale with Dave Perry-Miller’s agent Sharon Redd.
