The good news for parade- and party-goers is that it looks like the rain will clear out by tomorrow, with cloudy skies and a high of 56 degrees. It won’t be the sunny, balmy St. Patrick’s Day parade weather that we got last year, but I don’t think that will stop revelers from flocking to Lower Greenville.
I just received an email from Urban Taco, announcing a free green margarita for anyone who mentions or prints out this ad. The restaurant also will be serving a special St. Patrick’s chips and salsa trio. Happy St. Patty’s, everyone!
(And for neighbors for whom the parade is a nuisance — such as Belmont resident Avi Adelman, who is quoted in this DMN story as describing the after-party as a "bar mitzvah out of control" — I’d suggest getting the heck out of Dodge for the day.)
