Mardi Gras may have passed, but neighbors can still eat their fill of Cajun food at a new eatery that opened last month in East Dallas.

Southern Classic Daiquiri Factory serves up Southern favorites like gumbo, fried catfish, red beans and rice. But perhaps the eatery is best known for its 15 flavors of daiquiris and other signature drinks, which include three versions of the New Orleans hurricane.

The restaurant at 3113 Ross Ave. occupies the space that was formerly Pilikiais tiki bar, Eater reported. Besides the East Dallas location, the chain has two other spots in Fort Worth.
