Snooze an A.M. Eatery in the Casa Linda Plaza was scheduled to open this summer. Well, summer is almost over, and there’s still no word on when the brunch restaurant will debut.
Construction on the truly hideous building at the corner of Buckner Boulevard and Garland Road started in September 2019 and appears to be complete.
However, the location no longer appears as “coming soon” on the Snooze website.
Many neighbors questioned if the restaurant would open at all. After all, we are in the middle of a pandemic and economic recession.
Snooze hasn’t released an opening date, but spokeswoman Nicole Sabilia said, “We’re looking forward to making you breakfast in the future.”
