Two neighborhood businesses are gone — Urban Flowers and All American Flooring at the strip center at Skillman and Live Oak. Notices on the doors of each said they had been locked out for not paying rent.
We’ve seen a lot in the news, and in blog discussions here and here, about whether the slowdown caused by slumping home sales and real estate prices will affect us. It does look like these business, being home related, are casualties of the slowdown.
