Dallas Mavericks sharpshooter Seth Curry is best known for hitting 3-pointers, but he scored a slam dunk with health care workers at Parkland Hospital when he donated 50 pizzas from an East Dallas pizzeria.
Cane Rosso, which has locations in Deep Ellum and White Rock, posted about the generous donation Friday on Facebook.
“Hopefully, we got ourselves a few new #MFFLs AND #CRFFLs with this pizza drop, so let’s give it up for Mr. Curry, the Mavs, and everybody working to help people beat this thing!!” Cane Rosso employees wrote in the post.
