White Rock Rowing makes a splashing return home with placements from its four-person boat entries at their second regatta of the season, Head Of The Charles 2023.  The organization remains the only Dallas rowing club to hold multiple national youth championship trophies.

From Oct. 20 to Oct.22, The Head of The Charles, held at Cambridge, Massachusetts, hosted more than 11,000 master, collegiate and junior rowers from across the country and national teams including U.S., Spain and Ukraine.

2023 Head of the Charles | White Rock Rowing Results:

Men’s U17 4-plus

  • 10th out of 26: Graham Witherel, Hugo Cortez, Rohan Nijhawan, Luca D’Orso, William Seifert

Men’s Youth 4-plus

  • 14th out of 90: Chloe Moore, Luke McCavit, Evan Mallinson, Demir Yildirim, Jett Fenlaw

Women’s Youth 4-plus

  • 54th out of 90: Anjali Pamurthy, Charlotte Bohannon, Kenna Rosenthal, Katherine Adams, Addison Holmes

“Competing at this level is significant at the largest regatta in the world and to see the outstanding results from the White Rock Rowing youth athletes at this race will make for an exciting year ahead. The athletes proved this weekend that they have what it takes to compete at this level,” Sue Ellen Chambers, board chair of White Rock Boathouse, Inc., said in a press release.
