Everyone keeps telling me about these great local cover bands like Rhymin N Stealin, a Beastie Boys tribute band; Le Cure, a designer imposter of the Cure whose singer wears a hilarious Robert Smith wig and sounds just like him; and of course, there’s Petty Theft, the Tom Petty cover band.
This week, the Dallas Arboretum is getting in on the trend with a performance with Rolling Stones tribute band, Satisfaction, Thursday. The show is part of the arboretum’s Cool Thursdays concert series. Tickets are $8 for members and $16 otherwise. Tickets are available at the Dallas Arboretum website.
