Texas restaurants can open at 25 percent capacity today for dine-in service after Gov. Greg Abbott let his statewide stay-at-home order expire. For many eateries in Dallas, that means opening a day after the county reported its largest single-day increase in coronavirus cases. Owners who risk opening their doors must follow strict cleanliness and social distancing guidelines. These neighborhood restaurants have decided to open as soon as possible.
