Winters is a terrific source of information for us when we write about improvements at White Rock Lake and other parks-related stuff. And there’s the story about Sergio Kindle and Willis’s son, Will Winters.

The awards are from 6-8 p.m. at the Kalita Humphreys Theater. Tickets are $50 for Preservation Dallas members and $85 otherwise.
