The fifth-annual list of the most endangered historic buildings, neighborhoods and places will be announced 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Women’s Museum at Fair Park. Preservation Dallas took nominations from the public to come up with the list, which in years past has included endangered neighborhoods of East Dallas.
