A two-day grand opening celebration for the Woodall Rodgers Deck Park next month includes a free “Concert for Dallas.”
Our neighborhood’s own Polyphonic Spree will headline the concert on Saturday, Oct. 27.
The concert comes a few days after the release of the Spree’s first full-length album since 2007, “Holidaydeam: Sounds of the Holidays Vol. One,” expected Oct. 23.
The band will promote that album with a four-city tour that ends at the Lakewood Theater Dec. 22.
