A 28-year-old man has been arrested by Dallas police after allegedly severely beating a neighborhood attorney on Lower Greenville Avenue, according to this report from the DMN.
Neighborhood resident Damien Falgoust, 39, was severely beaten in mid-December after leaving the Crown and Harp on Lower Greenville near Ross; Falgoust remains in the hospital with brain trauma and other injuries. Police say David Anderson has been arrested for the crime; police allege Anderson saw Falgoust in the Crown and Harp and vowed to “hit” him as revenge for an earlier run-in with Falgoust. Police say Anderson punched Falgoust in the face, and as Falgoust fell to the ground, his head hit a curb.
Falgoust’s father told the DMN that his son is doing fine physically, but the extent of injuries to his brain remains unknown.
