Play poker, win stuff, help Woodrow’s Class of 2014

You can still sign up to play in Wednesday night’s (Jan. 30) Woodrow Class of 2014  Texas Hold’Em Poker Tournament and Silent Auction, being held at St. Anne’s Hall in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 6306 Kenwood. An $80 advance entry fee ($100 at the door) lets you in for the poker tournament and auction, giving you a chance to win a 32-inch flat screen TV, a Kindle, a digital camera, an iPad and more items.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the tournament begins at 7:30 p.m. Contact Monica Shaw at 214-926-7329 for information. Proceeds will fund the Class of 2014’s senior activities, including prom, a dinner and other events for the entire class.
