That’s what’s on tap for The Table church’s Tuesday-night “pub theology” session next week. Bob Shelton, formerly of Austin Presbyterian Theology Seminary, will talk about the theology of Willie Nelson.
Shelton will share “stories of Willie, music and spirituality from his time living in Austin,” says Nathan Hill of East Dallas Christian Church, where The Table is based.
The pizza is free, and free childcare also is available at the church, 629 N. Peak.
The event starts at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25.
