Ginger Man Pub managed to meet its self-imposed opening date of May 19. The neighborhood pub has been fully operational for about a week now. They hosted a soft opening on Friday, and then on Monday, they hosted a grand opening. Although they haven’t done a lot of official announcement work, the general buzz has brought plenty of curious neighbors through their doors.
“It’s been very steadily busy,” general manager Jacob Bedford says.
Like other Ginger Man Pubs, they have more than 100 bottled beer selections, plus 65 brews on draft and a few wine and cider selections as well. Their hours are from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. every day. Happy hour is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Check out the website for more.
