I went to Kitchen 1924 for lunch today and found out that, sadly, the restaurant doesn’t serve lunch any longer. I don’t know when exactly that happened because it’s been a while since I’ve eaten there. But I once ordered an incredible fried egg sandwich that I still crave. The problem is the restaurant changes the menu so much that I never did see it again. Maybe that’s what happened — we sure are creatures of habit when it comes to lunch.
In other news, Kitchen 1924 just launched a brand new Happy Ending happy hour on Fridays from 5:30-7:30. Board games, card games, free sloppy joes and chicken wings, and cheap drinks — sounds good! Gotta love their chic comfort food.
