Oncor is reporting 12 customers in Lakewood and 18 customers in Lochwood.

The Lochwood households — which have lost power because of wildlife/vegetation, according to Oncor — are expected to have power restored by 4:30 p.m.

But the estimated time for Lakewood neighbors is 6 p.m. The reason for those outages is equipment failure.

The freezing temperatures and dangerous road conditions are a challenge for crews, but out-of-state utility providers are supporting restoration efforts, according to Oncor’s website.

In total, Oncor is reporting 500 active outages, with 19,416 customers affected. About 3.84 million customers are served.

The dashboard updates every 10 minutes.
