Here’s what Dallas Eater and the Dallas Observer say about the the Seattle-born doughnut shop Top Pot that just opened a location at 2937 Greenville, across the street from Cafe Brazil.

The major apartment developer Mill Creek Residential Trust is eyeing the 3.5-acre site on Hall Street just west of Ross Avenue for possible development, according to the Dallas Morning News. Learn more.
