Carole Presson of East Dallas opened Proforma Crescendo Marketing Concepts, offering clients creative solutions to compete with other businesses. Presson spent more than 25 years in advertising. She also is active in the community, having volunteered for Super Bowl XLV and the Red Cross.
Cindy Elwood, principal at St. Pius X Catholic School, is among seven Work of Heart Award recipients who have gone above and beyond their call of duty. Elwood was nominated by a St. Pius student’s parent and will receive a $500 grant. The Catholic Foundation established the award to honor outstanding employees at local Catholic schools.
