The property at 10915 Garland Road may soon hold a Montessori school.
Jeff Brand of BrandPartners has been rehabilitating buildings along Garland Road for years. He recently purchased the vacant building at 10915 Garland Road, which will become home to a Montessori school if all goes as planned.
But that’s all he’s saying for now. When asked for the school’s name or a construction timeframe, he responded, “I will tell you all this once we have the building permit and have begun construction.”
The deal also includes the neighboring property TC Shaved Ice, which will be getting an exterior facelift as well.
Brand is known for his creative design eye. He likes the artistic flair businesses like Good Friends and Cultivar Coffee have brought to the area, and has attempted to complement that style in other properties. He hired Instagram-famous muralists to adorn his other property at 10801 Garland.
