La Casita is opening a new location in the Continental Gin Building this upcoming spring.
Built in 1888 as the largest manufacturer of cotton gins in the world, the historic building is now home to flex work/office spaces, restaurants and outdoor patio areas.Â
Serving both coffee and bakery items, the new La Casita location will be replacing CGB Coffee and operating in the mixed-use building’s lobby space.
Owned by James Beard nominated pastry chef Marisca Trejo, La Casita has five other locations in the Metroplex — including their Half Priced Books location on Northwest Highway that opened in August of 2024.
