Members of the Dallas Storytelling Guild will spin their best spooky tales at the Bath House Cultural Center, located at 521 E. Lawther, at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Oct. 27. Tickets cost $10 and you might leave the kids at home.

If you’re inspired to tell your own stories, sign up for the Guild’s three-hour workshop, “More BOO for your Bucks–Hows and Whys of Telling Scary Stories,” where a professional storyteller will teach you how to best evoke screams around the campfire. The Bath House event, which starts at 1 p.m., costs $25-$35.
