Authorities arrested a 27-year-old man Tuesday and charged him with murder in a slaying in Deep Ellum earlier this month, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Tramon Leontra Montrel Williams is charged with murder in the death of 21-year-old Alonte Demir Broadus-Hickem.
Police found Broadus-Hickem on Aug. 1 suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in an alley behind the Deep Ellum Hostel, 2800 July Alley. He later died at a local hospital.
The U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested Williams and took him to the Dallas County jail, where he is being held on $500,000 bond.
