Louie’s, the Henderson Avenue institution, had its Food Netwok debut last night, featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives (even though the listing doesn’t include Louie’s). The episode will air again three times in April. One highlight: The normally off-camera Chris Canelakas, Louie’s brother, who runs the kitchen and is responsbile for those fine stuffed clams.

As noted, Louie was singularly unimpressed when Fieri and crew filmed the segment in February. And, in case anyone wonders why we never link to a web site when there is a Louie’s post, that’s because there isn’t a web site. Louie doesn’t believe in them.
