Police posted surveillance footage Friday. In the video, the individual gets out of a white four-door Toyota Corolla and throws a large rock through the locked glass door.

He grabs two cases of scratch-off lottery tickets and gets back into the vehicle, which fled the location. The Corolla had a paper tag on the rear license plate.

The Texaco is considered a hub for drugs and violence. In July, the City of Dallas sued the convenience store for crime that has taken place on the property. It asked a judge to take action because the property owner had not.
