The Bryan Place Neighborhood Association hosts City Plan Commissioner Robert Abtahi at its meeting 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 at 3030 Adolph.
Abtahi will discuss how the proposed $600-million city bond package would affect our neighborhood. More than half of the proposed bond — $324 million — would go to drainage and flood control in parts of Old East Dallas, Fair Park, downtown and Victory Park. The election is Nov. 6.
