The festival will feature 11 productions, including live theatre, dance, music and poetry celebrating diverse Latin American voices.

The symposium, called “Latinidades Arts Symposium: Sustaining the Arts through Community Development” is new to the festival and will be from Oct. 3 to Oct. 5.

The inaugural symposium, featuring topics like audience building, working with city government and collaborations, is designed to support arts organizations and independent artists. The tentative schedule includes performances, artistic reflection sessions, breakout sessions and more.

Each day will have coffee and refreshments provided, with optional ticket add ons for a Chef-made dinner on Oct. 3 and lunch on Oct. 4. Registration is required and includes tickets to “Resonancias… algo que no se ha agotado” from Mexico City and “Las Jevas” from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Scholarships are available for independent artists and non-profit organizations are eligible for discounts.
